DELIVERY TIMES
The order will be processed within 48 hours for all products purchased except for fresh products.
Fresh Products (Pesto, Fresh Pasta, and other fresh products) are dispatched on a Wednesday. All orders made by the previous Tuesday will be dispatched.
We use insulated polystyrene boxes with ice inside them for the transport of fresh products. These maintain the correct temperature and protect the product, guaranteeing its perfect conservation during the entire journey.
If the order includes both fresh products and other products the entire order will be dispatched on Wednesday.
If you have specific requirements, you can write to us at info@pestoparodi.com, and we will do everything possible to meet them.
Delivery will take place with the following timescales: within 24 hours in all of Italy except Abruzzo, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sardegna and Sicilia where delivery will take place within 48 hours. For the smaller islands, allow a further 48 hours.
Orders made on a Saturday or a Sunday will be processed on Monday.
We use SDA and Bartolini for our deliveries.
The courier will make two attempts to deliver the goods over the course of the day; if it is not possible to deliver the goods, a note will be left with a contact telephone number.
Problems relating to delivery will not be the Client’s responsibility; all goods are shipped at our risk. To allow us to improve the service, in case of damage, we ask you to accept the parcel with due reservation.

Parcels up to 15 Kg cost 10.00 euros
Parcels from 15.1 Kg. to 30 kg cost 12.00 euros
Parcels from 30.1 Kg to 50 Kg cost 18.00 euros
Parcels from 50.1 kg. to 100 kg cost 26.00 euros
Parcels weighing more than 100Kg will be priced on request
Delivery Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria and the smaller islands
Parcels up to 10 Kg cost 12.00 euros
Parcels from 10.1 Kg. to 30 kg cost 16.00 euros
